Residential Management
The basic services we offer include:
Accounting
- A full or part book-keeping service for Service Charge and Ground Rents using our MUS software system.
- Establishing individual bank accounts for each property we manage.
- Preparation of annual accounts for audit. We also prepare financial reports in various formats for Clients on a regular basis
- Company accounts, processing of supplier invoices and setting up PAYE systems for employment of staff.
Management
- A pattern of regular visits and advice on works of maintenance.
- A professional dedicated out of hours "call out" service. Details of all managed properties are held, together with maintenance contracts, and 24 hour contacts for general contractors such as electricians and plumbers.
- Advise on amendments to leases and grant of licenses for example to alter premises.
- Advice on insurances including director's liability and building's cover.
- Service of Notices and advice on action for chasing arrears.
- Production of 'welcome packs' for new residents to blocks, together with newsletters.
- The option of posting details of your block, such as budget and recent accounts, on our website. (See "Information for Lessees" for examples)
