Established in 1979, Granville & Co. is an independent partnership of Chartered Surveyors specialising in a number of areas, namely Residential Block Management, Building Surveying and Professional Services. In addition to these areas we can also offer introductions to other specialists in associated and complimentary areas of expertise such as Structural Engineers, Landlord & Tenant Solicitors and Health & Safety Assessors.
We manage property all over Greater London covering for example, Hampstead to Beckenham and Woking to Richmond. Currently we have around 1500 units under management and of these, around 50 per cent are dealt with on behalf of resident management companies. At present this is the fastest growing part of our business and we expect it to continue to be so, particularly with the new Right to Manage Legislation.
